Each merchant is responsible for their own products, pricing, delivery, and fulfillment.

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

  • Provide accurate and complete information

4. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

luxecart.pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or merchant processing.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds may be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or original payment method

Merchants hosting stores on luxecart.pk may have additional or custom return rules.

luxecart.pk hosts white-labelled stores for independent sellers.
Each merchant is responsible for:

  • Packaging

  • Stock availability

  • Delivery

  • Pricing

  • Customer support for their store

luxecart.pk is not liable for merchant-specific issues but may assist in dispute resolution.

12. Limitation of Liability

luxecart.pk is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to incorrect customer information

  • Delays caused by couriers or merchants

  • Misuse of products purchased

  • Technical issues caused by third-party services

  • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify luxecart.pk against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any third-party rights
