Return & Refund Policy – luxecart.pk

Thank you for shopping at luxecart.pk.
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on our platform or through any white-labelled stores powered by luxecart.pk.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You received a different item than what you ordered

  • The product is incomplete or missing accessories

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used personal care items

  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, or hygiene products

  • Intimate wear or undergarments

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Digital items or subscriptions

  • Items marked as “No Return” or “Final Sale”


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@luxecart.pk

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos (for damaged or wrong items)

  3. Our team will review your request.

  4. If approved, pickup/drop-off will be arranged via our logistics partner.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Refund Options

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer

  • Refund to original payment method (if eligible)

Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.


5. Exchange Policy

You may exchange an item for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • A replacement for a defective item

If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; the normal return policy applies.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report it within 48 hours

  • Provide proof (photos/videos)

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
