This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across Pakistan, including orders placed through white-labelled stores powered by luxecart.pk.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the city and courier service:

Other Urban Areas 3–7 business days
Remote Locations 5–10 business days

Note: Actual delivery time may vary based on courier delays, weather, public holidays, or operational issues.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • The product weight and size

  • Your location

  • The store/merchant’s shipping policy

Typical charges:

  • Rs. 150–250 for standard parcel sizes

  • Some merchants may offer free shipping promotions

Shipping fees (if any) will be shown at checkout.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most products unless stated otherwise.

  • Some high-value or customized orders may require advance payment or partial deposit.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your parcel on the courier’s website or app.

Tracking status updates may take a few hours to appear after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier services usually make 2 delivery attempts.
If the courier is unable to reach you:

  • They may contact you for rescheduling

  • The parcel may be returned to us after repeated failed attempts

Returned parcels due to unavailability or incorrect address may require re-shipping charges.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

luxecart.pk is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Wrong address

  • Missing house/building number

  • Incorrect contact details

Please double-check all information at checkout.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Report it within 48 hours with photos/videos, and we will assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

At the moment, luxecart.pk ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping may be introduced in the future.


10. White-Label Store Shipments

Orders placed from white-labelled stores powered by luxecart.pk may be fulfilled by individual merchants.
In such cases:

  • The merchant is responsible for dispatch times

  • Delivery estimates may vary

  • Shipping fees may differ based on merchant policy

luxecart.pk may assist in tracking or dispute resolution when needed.
